FOUNDER | DIRECTOR | URBAN DESIGNER | LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTDen has spent much of his career working at the strategic scale of public realm design and is most comfortable hunched over a large-scale map with a pen in hand.
He is an advocate for outcomes that prioritise people, and for design that celebrates the context and values that make Aotearoa New Zealand a place like no other.
He is actively involved in the NZ Urban Design Forum and the Nelson Marlborough NZ Institute of Landscape Architecture. Den is also a panelist on the Nelson Tasman Urban Design Panel.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Kaara has worked closely in private and public practice for over 15 years, in both the USA and New Zealand. She has an eye for detail, a strong ecological and plant knowledge and is passionate about solution based design.
Kaara is actively involved in the Marlborough Nelson NZ Institute of Landscape Architects.

Working at the intersection of urban design, architecture and landscape, Alex brings a creative mind, enviable technical skills across a range of platforms, and project experience informed by work in Australia, Dubai, the UK and Aotearoa.
Her decisiveness to design and scrutiny to detail provides a steady hand for Urban Good.

ARCHITECT
A graduate of the Auckland University School of Architecture, Sarah worked on a range of award-winning architectural projects at Architectus and Cook Sargisson, before moving to Marlborough.
Sarah has a thoughtful approach to design, a strong sense of spatial awareness - applicable across a range of scales, and a sound appreciation for the relationships between building and landscape.
Sarah is an active member of the Nelson Marlborough NZ Institute of Architects.
